Welcome to Sonja Letter Atelier. By accessing this website and placing an order for products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Custom Work

Many items offered by Sonja Letter Atelier are custom, personalized, or made-to-order. Clients are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, and details prior to submitting their order.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Payments

Full payment or the required deposit must be received before production or services begin.

For event services, booking is confirmed only after the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our work, custom and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays. Sonja Letter Atelier is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Live Event Services

For live engraving, calligraphy, weddings, and brand activations, all event details must be confirmed prior to the event date. Retainers for event services are non-refundable as they reserve a specific date and preparation time.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, calligraphy styles, designs, and content created by Sonja Letter Atelier remain the intellectual property of the studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sonja Letter Atelier is not responsible for damage to client-provided items submitted for engraving or personalization. While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, natural variations may occur.
