Return & Exchange Policy

At Sonja Letter Atelier, each item is carefully handcrafted and personalized. Because most of our pieces are custom-made, we maintain the following return policy.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, engraved, hand-lettered, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items created with names, dates, initials, logos, or custom text.

Please review all spelling, dates, and details carefully before submitting your order. Sonja Letter Atelier is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will gladly replace or remake the item.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Live Event & Custom Production Orders

Orders created for live engraving, weddings, brand activations, corporate events, or custom bulk orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.
